In a world full of Korean Fried Chicken and Nasi Lemak, be the one who’s eating healthy. If your nose wrinkle with the mention of healthy food, well, my fellow gluttons, you are doing it wrong. Eating healthy IS actually delicious-am not lying! It is understandable if some of you out there found that healthy food tastes like…nothing. But before you decide to find comfort in Nasi Lemak, why don’t you check these great Instagram accounts that will not only inspire you to eat healthy but to actually cooking it!

@minimalistbaker for instance is a great Instagram account to follow if you lead a busy life.They share recipes that require 10 ingredients or less, 1 bowl, or 30 minutes or less to prepare. Check their website too for more content.

Next is @choosingchia. Here you will find plenty of whole food recipes with a big focus on wholesome plant-based ingredients. You’ll find plenty of recipes you can make in under 30minutes too. Pudding, anyone?

Moving on to our next favourite is @rachlmansfield. Simply because her recipes require minimal amount of ingredients, very little prep work and basic cooking skills (yay!). Her favourite eats to create are breakfast, dessert and snack, she has a sweet tooth so we feel #relatable. All recipes is refined sugar-free, dairy free and gluten free-friendly.

What’s sexier than men who can cook? Yes, I thought so. @the_buddist_chef is a classically trained chef. His style of cooking influenced by Asian flavour but finessed with French and classic technique. Well, ‘mon cher’…follow him for a lip-smacking recipes-you won’t regret it.

You may start by stop eating foods that you don’t like the taste of. Example if you don’t like quinoa then don’t eat them! Try brown rice instead. Or if you don’t like a simple dressing and love creamy type then don’t eat them, choose yogurt instead. Just like buying clothes, find what suits you.
